First. . . I offer a ritual shower. . . I like to spend some time tuning together through eye gazing. . . I will listen and guide you into your body. Laying you down on soft fabric and pillows, I will consciously put Heart Energy into my palms and hands, guide your breath until you drift in a sensual reverie.
This moment to moment opening of your body sensations, breath, and pleasure. . . with a long stroke hot oil massage. . . enlivens your senses, puts your mind at rest, and brings you into a sensual, meditative trance.
