My Journey & Training

My path to becoming a healer began through the expressive movement of the human body. Trained from childhood in classical ballet and modern dance, I learned early on that the body speaks a profound language long before the mind finds words. My dance career blessed me with the opportunity to travel much of the world, awakening a fierce desire within me to center my entire life around exploring the vast powers of the Life Force.

Now in my young forties, I have been in private practice for over 15 years in New York City and beyond, supporting many of the same individuals and couples for over a decade. I have walked alongside them as they repaired marriages, raised children under tantric philosophies, and navigated raw human realities like cancer, disabilities, addiction, and sexual trauma recovery.

My intuitive somatic work draws directly from a diverse blend of scientific and sacred certifications:

• Psychotherapy & Psychology: High degrees in clinical psychotherapy for a trauma-sensitive baseline.
• Somatic Touch & Bodywork: Licensed in traditional Swedish, Esalen, and Lomi Lomi massage, and Pelvic-to-Heart integration.
• Nervous System Regulation: Certified in circular breathwork, hypnotherapy, Kundalini Yoga, and somatic tracking.
